Booking Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of your scheduled appointment total. This will be charged to the card used to pay your deposit. 

 

For all cosmetic tattooing appointments, we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

 

DEPOSIT

A 30% deposit is required to secure any appointment and is non-refundable.  With adequate notice to reschedule , this deposit will be transferred to your next appointment.  

 

CONFIRMATION

We will send out an appointment confirmation request 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not confirm your booking, it will be cancelled.
